Where can I find information on how much money Merton Council has lost in the current crisis and needs to make up with these cuts in services?

Merton Council was recently paying Deloittes consultants over £1000 per day because they 'looked at expenditure in a different way'. At a time of cuts, do you understand how this makes us angry...even...
