Question

1. David Miliband, I believe that the hostages in Somalia must be saved first. With over 2 million square miles of water and a handful of warships, this piracy is going to be more like hide and seek and the pirates would always have a better chance of winning.
   
   Use the strategy that I have created to:
   1) Force the pirates off this illegal business
   2)Prevent them acces to the water
   3)Create economic productivity in Somalia
   
   Please let me know if those countries involved would be willing to sit in a few hours
   presentation of our strategy to put a stop into growing trend.
